🚀 Getting Started
There is no installation required. Just download the .exe file and double-click it. The app opens immediately. You may want to move it to a permanent folder (like C:\Users\YourName\Apps\) before running it the first time.
Yes, the app is completely safe. Windows SmartScreen shows this warning for apps that aren't published by large, code-signed companies. To proceed:
  1. Click "More info" in the SmartScreen dialog
  2. Click "Run anyway"
  3. The app will open normally
You only need to do this once. After that, Windows remembers you've allowed it.
The app requires Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit). It does not work on Windows 7, Windows 8, or Mac/Linux.
No. The .exe file includes everything the app needs. You do not need to install Python, Excel, or any other software separately.
🛍️ Shopify Integration Setup
  1. Open the app → click ⚙ Settings at the bottom
  2. Tick "Enable Shopify order fetching"
  3. Enter your store domain (e.g. mystore.myshopify.com)
  4. Paste your Admin API access token (starts with shpat_)
  5. Click Save settings
After this, type an order number like #1042 in the main screen and click Fetch from Shopify.
  1. In Shopify Admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels → Develop apps
  2. Click Create an app, give it a name (e.g. "India Post Dashboard")
  3. Go to Configuration → Admin API access scopes
  4. Enable: read_orders, read_customers
  5. Click Save, then go to API credentials → Install app
  6. Copy the Admin API access token (shown once — save it somewhere safe)
Yes! Leave Shopify integration disabled in Settings. You can manually enter all customer details using the ✍ Add Address Details button on the main screen. This opens a form where you can type the receiver name, address, mobile, PIN code, and barcode manually.
📦 Using the App
  1. Type the order number (e.g. #1042) and click Fetch from Shopify — or click Add Address Details for manual entry
  2. The customer's address will appear in the Preview panel. Verify it looks correct.
  3. Enter the Speed Post barcode (the tracking number on your pre-printed sticker)
  4. Set the parcel weight and dimensions if needed
  5. Click + Add to batch
  6. The order appears in the Batch table on the right
  7. Repeat for all orders, then click Export Excel →
The Excel file is saved directly to your Windows Desktop with a filename like:
India_Post_Bulk_STORENAME_DD-MM-YYYY_HHMMSS.xlsx

You can also open the file location by clicking Open Database in the footer to access the Recent Batches list, which shows the saved file path.
India Post requires address lines to be 50 characters or less. The app shows a live character counter next to each address field. If the counter turns red (over 50 chars), shorten the address manually. Common fixes:
  • Use standard abbreviations: "St." instead of "Street", "Rd." instead of "Road"
  • Remove unnecessary words like "Near", "Opp.", etc. from Line 1 and put them in Line 2
  • Remove floor/flat numbers if the building name is unique enough
🔑 License & Credits
After purchasing a credit pack via WhatsApp, you will receive an activation key. To activate:
  1. Open the app → click 🔑 Activate in the bottom footer (visible during trial)
  2. Paste your activation key in the field
  3. Click Activate
  4. Your credit balance will update immediately
Each order/consignment you export uses 1 credit. For example, if you export a batch containing 50 orders, 50 credits will be deducted from your balance.
No. Credits never expire. You can use them at any time, even if you stop using the app for months.
