1. About the Software
Postify ("the Software") is a Windows desktop application developed and distributed by our team ("we", "us", "our"). It is an independent productivity tool designed to help e-commerce sellers generate Speed Post bulk booking Excel files.
Important: This software is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to India Post or the Department of Posts, Government of India.
2. License & Usage
- The Software is licensed, not sold. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it.
- Each credit pack (license key) is valid for one user on one computer. Sharing license keys is not permitted.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Software.
- Free trial: 150 dispatches at no cost. After the trial, you must purchase a credit pack to continue.
3. Credits & Payments
- Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per order (1 credit = 1 exported order/consignment).
- Credits do not expire and have no time limit.
- All payments are processed manually via WhatsApp. Credits are activated after payment confirmation.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
4. Shopify Integration
- You must have a valid Shopify store and Admin API access token to use the Shopify auto-fill feature.
- Your Shopify credentials are stored locally on your PC. We never access or store them.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Shopify API complies with Shopify's Terms of Service.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The Excel files generated will always be accepted by India Post's booking portal (format requirements may change)
- The PIN code database is 100% current (it is periodically updated but may lag behind official changes)
- The Software will be error-free or available at all times
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to lost shipments, rejected bookings, or data loss.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
