Summary: The Postify Dispatch Dashboard is a local Windows desktop application. Your data — including Shopify credentials, customer addresses, and order history — is stored only on your own PC. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on any server.

1. Information We Collect

The Postify Dispatch Dashboard application itself does not collect any personal information. All data entered into the app (Shopify credentials, customer names, addresses, order details, etc.) is stored locally in a SQLite database file on your computer only.

The only data that leaves your computer is:

License verification requests — when you activate a credit pack, the app contacts our licensing server to verify your activation key. This request includes only your license key; no personal data is transmitted.
Shopify API calls — the app fetches your order data directly from Shopify's servers using your Admin API token. We never see or store this data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use only the license activation data to:

Verify your purchased credit pack is valid
Track how many dispatches have been used against your credit balance
Prevent unauthorized sharing of license keys

3. Data Storage

All your operational data is stored locally on your computer in the following locations:

india_post_dashboard.db — your order history and batch records
settings.json — your Shopify credentials and sender address (stored on your PC only)
Excel export files — saved to your Desktop

We do not have access to any of these files.

4. Third-Party Services

Shopify — If you enable Shopify integration, the app communicates directly with Shopify's API. Please review Shopify's Privacy Policy.
Our licensing server — A minimal API endpoint used only for license key verification. No personal data is stored.

5. Data Security

Because all your data is stored locally, the security of your data depends on the security of your own computer. We recommend:

Using Windows account passwords
Keeping your Windows system updated
Not sharing your PC with untrusted users

6. Children's Privacy

This application is designed for business use and is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
